As a human factors engineer and research strategist, co-founder Colin brings experience in high-tech product development and research. He's very hands-on in his approach to usability and research. Colin is less traditional in his approach and goes wherever it takes—the users' homes, the workplace, or the usability lab to get the very best user experience defined, while also meeting overall business, project, and design objectives. Colin has applied his brand of research for such companies as Intel, Comcast, Yahoo!, Sling Media, Microsoft, Motorola, and NBC.
