Listening, learning and planning to build a stronger website

Quickly growing telecommunication company, ClearAccess, had decided the time had come for its corporate website to evolve. With their business generally focused between other telecommunication firms, its messaging was tight and directed, but needed a fresh approach.

In order to provide ClearAccess with their desired results, Thug started by listening to company experts, customers and competitors to establish an understanding of what makes ClearAccess valuable. The website structure and graphic appeal were then developed to align with the initial research. A new strategy for the website was also created, one that made complex technical and industry specific details personal through animations and strategic placement of information related directly to how ClearAccess benefits its customers.
