Staying in tune with customers is crucial but as an industry grows it’s easy for large companies to rely on standards instead of listening to their direct customer base. As large companies are concerned Reuters is no small fry, and thinking ahead as to what will keep them at the forefront of the news industry in years to come they turned to Thug for help re-imagining and shifting their perspectives on customer habits.

In the shadow of the Manhattan skyline, Thug principals developed a plan for a vision workshop for the Reuters COO and key execs and architects of the company’s future. We facilitated frank discussions of the possibilities for improving the Reuters customer experience and led brainstorms for how to get there.
